ALEX MOFIDI RECEIVES AWWA JOHN LECHNER AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

Alex has spent 30+ years working within and contributing to the advancement of drinking water quality from source to tap, as a utility employee, a consultant, and an AWWA officer and volunteer. His dedication has greatly benefited the drinking water community and has furthered AWWA’s Mission and goals in accordance with recognition bestowed by the John Lechner Award.  Congratulations Alex! MELINDA FRIEDMAN IS THE RECIPIENT OF THE 2022 A.P. BLACK RESEARCH AWARD

ANDREW HILL PUBLISHES MANGANESE ARTICLE IN AWWA OPFLOW (JANUARY, 2022)

Andrew has been working with the AWWA Manganese Subcommittee to develop and publish a series of important articles on manganese in drinking water. The most recent article focuses risks of legacy manganese accumulation and release in distribution systems.
